Not all flags are created equally, and LSC continues to be the leading advocate for the open register system and for protecting the shipowners’ right to choose the flag under which it operates.
As the collective voice of Liberian-flag shipowners, LSC articulates and advocates shipowner positions to the Liberian Administration, as well as to other government regulators and to relevant stakeholders in an effort to mitigate and manage potentially negative impacts from regulatory changes while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and environmental protection.
